The development of maaloo is still in progress. Quality expectations are very high, especially when it comes to rendering the maps and expanding the software.
The map rendering should at least meet the expectations of modern map applications and provide a solid basis for future expansion in this area.
Particular attention was paid to the design of the software in expandable components in order to be able to build various applications in the field of outdoor activities. This enables adaptation to special applications. The previous use cases of maaloo as a geocaching app or an outdoor app are to be incorporated into other use cases. The use cases can be packaged in their own modules and added to the maaloo core application.
These modules do not necessarily have to be developed by maaloo itself. In the future, maaloo wants to be a platform for outdoor applications, as an option for excessive expandability and division of labor.
Perhaps this explains why it is not about being on the market as quickly as possible, but rather taking a little more time, but then standing on solid and high-quality legs. Ready for the future, not just for the moment.
Stay tuned.
